An average residential fence goes up in 1–3 days. A standard deck takes 1–2 weeks depending on size, height, and material. Concrete footings need cure time and we wait for dry weather to stain, so we build realistic timing into your written scope.

Is staining or painting really included?

Yes — staining or painting is included with every deck and fence we build, in the color you choose. It’s part of the build, not an add-on line item. We apply a protective finish so your project is sealed against UV and moisture from day one.

What materials do you offer?
